Great laptop cooler fan, worthless usb ports
I really needed both the fan and the usb ports because only 1 of the 3 usb ports on my laptop work. I have to alternate between using the fan and using my mouse. The fan is great. It cools my laptop quickly so I can use the mouse much more often.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? No. The usb ports only worked for about a week,

FOR THE FIRST 2-3 MINS. IT MAKES A VERY LOUD NOISE FROM ONE OF THE THREE FANS. ONCE IT WARMS UP THE NOISE GOES AWAY. IT DOES IT'S JOB WELL.
