Great Buy
I was looking for a 'soft' laptop ventilated pad since I use my laptop for long periods while on bedrest and looked at many models offered on different sites. While I wasn't able to find what I was looking for this model seemed as though it would meet my needs. Once home I've found this does meet my need to keep my laptop cool during prolonged usage. The fan connects to the computer via a USB port and is essentially silent. I don't hear it at all but am able to tell it's on since I can feel a cool breeze and it does keep my laptop cool. My only complaint is the 'tabs' at the bottom the hold the laptop in place are high enough that they are uncomfortable on my inner forearms when I'm in certain positions. Since I'm disabled I use my laptop exclusively in bed so don't know if that would be a problem for anyone using it on a table or desk. This product does meet my needs; I'm very pleased with the performance of the product and I believe it's a great product for the price.

Excellent laptop stand--highly recommend!
Very good buy. Purchased two--one for my daughter's laptop; the other for my husband's. They both have HPs which have a tendency to overheat. This stand with the USB, built-in cooling fan is fantastic! Not only does it adjust and hold their respective laptops at the angle that is comfortable to them, it also keeps their computers much, much cooler. A GREAT price, as well. <3 Overstock!!!

A good product if you don't mind the tilt
This product works fine, but I don't like the tilt. And when typing, the prongs that keep the laptop from slipping dig into my wrist. After awhile, it really starts to hur my wrist. It took a long time to get used to using this. I wouldn't order it again.

cooling stand
Got 2 of these for familymembers and they say they are wonderful for the lap tops, with this they can play on the lap tops longer and not worryabout over heating

Not too sturdy
Have a 17" laptop and it is a bit too heavy and large for this stand. Have to be careful that it doesn't tip over. Fan does what it's supposed to do but wish it had been more accommodating for my computer.

Awesome product and works perfectly!
A friend recommended this product and company. I had never used them before, and I got awesome service and responses. My laptop had been shutting down due to overheating, and I had tried several other coolers and none prevented the overheating. Since I recieved the cooler, I have not had a single overheating issue. I am very pleased with my cooler and the service.
