I am pleased with the camera, shipping was prompt. Unfortunately, the camera is back with the seller, everytime i attmepted to download the photos to my computer, the program shut down my computer and would not allow it to open so long as the usb crd was plugged into the camera. This company is exceedingly difficult to contact, no 800 number, no telephone at all in any of the literature or in the operations manual. it remains to be seen if the problem is uiique to the unit I gor or is a program problem.
