I like the item. The instructions could be improved. But the item works well and once you understand how to use it. It's a good product! SVP is great. I ordered a spare battery form them and the price was reasonalble; it got to me in 3 days. Overstock's price is actually less than the SVP online store price. As alway, Overstock has good product and good prices.

camera is good,,cheap,,holds alot of videos,,the screen sometimes is alittle shakey,,good for kids wanting a camera to take videos..or someone who wants a really easy simply camera to use,,

it can't focus with zooming, no audio when replaying in HDTV, no lense cover,

Won't stay in focus, I tried everything. If you try to zoom it's hopeless, all you get is a blur. Im sending it back to get a Sony HD. I knew the price was too good to be true. If you want a good camera, you have to spend the money.

I am still learning all of the featured about the product but as of now I am very please with what I have learn so for. The manual could be a better so that you don't have to play around with as much,but other than that its ok.

Great little camera. The only problem I ran into is that the SVP 8GB SDHC card that comes with it does not work with the camera. We also have a Canon HF S10 (a much more sophisticated camera), and the SD card that came with the SVP T500 works in that camera. However, you will need to purchase another SDHC card before you can use this unit.

Beautiful, compact, impressive. Not 5 star but overall is great for home/family needs Got here on time with a damage memory card that was replaced no questions ask. It was my frist experience at Overstock.com I think it is a great alternative for buying.

I've used this device as both digital camera and camcorder and everything works fine except for during playback the audio is very quiet. The microphone on this device requires a manner for using an external mic. Other then this issue this is a great purchase.
