I bought this camera and am very happy with it. Its a great multiple purpose digital device. Once I learned how to adjust the video settings and photo settings, I found the images to be very sharp and clear and the volume on videos is great if you don't set it too high. Learn to use the 'joystick' for these options. I would highly recommend this camera.

I received this item as a gift and so I was unable to return or exchange it. It's a very cool looking camera, but the digital camera (Sony) that I already own takes much better pictures and videos. The instruction manual isn't detailed and doesn't walk you through how to set it up for your computer system. It says it supports Vista, but I recorded three videos and when I came home they wouldn't play. I changed the format and ended up having to download a codec package online. The videos I took never did play, but any future ones should. The picture is fairly grainy and setting it from photo to video etc is a hassle. It's very small and uncomfortable to hold, but that's the style of most flash camcorders. I feel obligated to continue using this item since it was a gift, but overall it's a disappointing device.

I bought this camera for a trip to DC with my son and my sister's wedding. I was terribly disappointed! It says that it can be used with a MAC and it cannot. I used it on my sisters PC and wow. The image quality was VERY grainy and the videos were muffled and unclear. Not only is this product unacceptable, you CANNOT RETURN it! I always read reviews and rarely write them, but this time, I wanted to let people know the product is truly a waste of money and if you are recording an event, the memory will be lost!

This camera is awesome. The quality is perfect and it's a great value with the 8 gig sd card. I would recommend to anyone wanting a little camera for taking great video and pictures. In fact, my mom is buying one for herself, it's that easy to use.
