We have tried to get music to download onto this and have had no luck. We have tried all programs, new memory cards. It says it is downloading and when you get done it is empty. camera is good takes very clear HD pictures. But don't buy for music.

Purchased this for my 8 y.o. daughter. We still have yet to figure out how to dowload mp3's. Equipment itself is not the greatest quality. Seems a little cheaply built, but for the money it's okay. Takes great video and pictures. Would purchase again.

good purchase
I bought this for my 11 year old as a christmas present. it was shipped to my home only 2-3 days after i purchased online. as far as the quality, the camcorder is pretty good but the camera function is not so great. just about every picture is blury or fuzzy. the mp4 feature is ok. for some reason some of the songs downloaded to the svc will not play, but it could be user error. overall i am satisfied because my main purpose for buying was to use as a camcorder. he already has an ipod. if you want it more for music, i would probably suggest another product.

do not buy this product
I PURCHASED TWO SPV MP300 MEDIA BOXES ONLINE, ONE IS GIVING ME A BLANK SCREEN AND MAKING A LOUD STATIC NOISE WHEN TURNED ON. THE OTHER I AM UNABLE TO LISTEN TO MUSIC ON IT, IT STATES NO FILES BUT THEY ARE ON THE SD CARD. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT SO FAR, THE MANUAL IS UNHELPFUL AND THERE IS NO SUPPORT TO BE FOUND FOR THIS DEVICE ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET. PLEASE OFFER ME SOME ASSISTANCE BEFORE I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS.
