It's just not a good phone. Clunky, heavy, and the screen is not user friendly. And the instructions are the worst, you are left to you own devices to figure it all out.

I work with cell phones 5 days a weeks/ this phone was fun to figure out. I like it ! The instructions were vauge/ but went to the geek squad and together we found some new things this device was capable of achieving.

The phone was damage the battary was leaking some kind of black stuff and it seem like the phone was used. The best thing was returning and getting my refund quick.

Purchased phone on Jan. 3, 2012, stopped responding to touch the first week of Feb. All attempts to contact manufacturer failed. There was no contact info on instruction flyer that came with product. Got an email address from O customer service. Emailed several times, after 3 weeks called O and demanded a refund. Their 1st response was to give me the same email address I got no response from again. Eventually after many calls I finally got my refund less $3 and change ??? Still surprise that O continues to carry this product. This experience left me questioning the the wisdom of continuing to do business with O.

horrible touch screen, dosent work for anything. dosent have ANY memory. If you plan on getting apps do NOT get this phone. wouldnt let me get 1 app!!

Omgeee dont waste your time. Who is svp anyway? I got the phone based off the appearence of it being a smart phone. How wrong. The internet never worked, could not get apps. Insructions were on a fold out insert, with writing so small needed a magnifying glass. It was unlocked, but useless. I have been with Overstock for at least 10 years, ive only returned 3 items. Oh well cant win em all.
