Great product, Great price.
This is the second SVP HDDV2200 I have purchased. The first was for my nine year old grandson. Because of his age I wanted something uncomplicated, easy to use but with a great picture. I was so happy with the unit that I purchased a second for my seven years old granddaughter. I'm now going to buy one for myself as are several of the family members who were able to try it out. Great camcorder, Great price!
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? The image does not do justice to the actual product. It is a very classy looking camcorder but what surprised me most was how compact it is. very smalll

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is very good. For a very inexpensive price you get a well built camcorder with an outstanding picture.

Useless with the resolution
Bought this thinking that camera technology had come a long enough way that a cheaper camcorder would be good enough to hook up to a TV and stream video of dental drilling techniques. Didn't need to be HD or anything real fancy, just have enough resolution to actually know what you're looking at. At the max 640x480 resolution I don't know what you could possibly ever record and be happy with such poor resolution. It was fuzzy just pointing it at my hand from 12 inches away. There is no application for such a crummy camcorder

I bought this to take on a trip to California so this was when I got to use it. Was a little nervous not knowing what to expect but it took great videos inside and out, Very light, easy to carry around and very user friendly. It worked better than I had hoped.
