Easy to use and compact.
I wasn't sure what to buy when it came to choosing a camcorder. There are so many models and styles to choose from it was a bit confusing. I came across this little gem and fell in love with the style and ease of use. It was very affordable and compact. It takes great footage and the sound isn't too bad.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? The product was in great condition and free of defects.

Small video camera for small jobs
We got this camcorder so that we could record my daughter's sports games. We also bought a tripod so we didn't have to hold the camcorder. We get excited at games and didn't want to have the picture depend on the steadiness of our hands. Needless to say, the camcorder doesn't have the place on it that allows you to screw the tripod into. Even our digital cameras have this feature. The other issue is it runs solely on batteries, no battery pack. One taping and you already need new batteries. You will need to invest in quite a stockpile of batteries for your multiple events.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. There wasn't a place to screw the tripod into. We got it so that we could film sports games.

Not a quality item. Picture is fuzzy, you get what you pay for on this one. I would recommend it for a child just learning how to videotape.
