BE AWARE! SVP has no real product support. I got a digital camcorder back in Jan - it never worked right (electrical short killed batteries within a couple of hours even when the unit was turned off).I got an RMA for a return from SVP and shipped my camera back to them. I've been waiting for 6 months for a repaired or replaced unit. Emails to SVP go unanswered. There is no phone number where you can contact them.Product we bought had decent on-line reviews. My experience has been terrible and I would strongly urge others to avoid their products.
