Great tripod, Hold it steady!
I have had the tripod for a week. Last night was the first TEST to see how fast it could set up. The legs locked easily. It held my camera plus battery grip. (7.5 lbs) easily without me getting nervous. The end product was pictures of fireworks. They are pretty AWESOME! Cannot say enough about the ball head and levelers. Top of the line feel! Grab this one! Worthy of every photographer any level. Your equipment is only as good as the tripod you place it on. I worry about a tripod falling over or collapsing but definitely not this one. Legs are padded and it has a carry bag. I don't do a lot of long distance trekking. The weight doesn't bother me. If you trekk miles up a hill maybe it's too heavy. I'm hoping to purchase an additional quick connect part (eeee cannot think of exact part name.
