This is my third iHome clock radio. They make a great clock radio. My previous models were both ih5 for iPod, and it is better than the ZN9. ZN9 has good sound quality for a clock radio, and you can turn it up quite a bit without distortion (but not to 11). The buttons are not intuitive (and I am a techno-geek). It takes a bit of effort to learn how to operate this device. The quality seems good and the functions are what one would expect, but I prefer the ih5. Since I bought my Zune, I decided to switch, and I like my Zune better than my old iPod. And no remote! Come on iHome. Hopefully later models for the Zune will be up to par with their other products. I give it a qualified recommendation.
I have had a zune for about two years now. It has always been hard to find a good mp3 input player for zune because they tend to make everything for ipod. However, I love this zune radio. It charges my zune and is very loud for such a small device. It has a sleeper so I can fall asleep to the music and it has radio settings that are easy to use. The only down side to it is that when you exceed the volume 30 the music gets hard to understand, but that is unneccessary to play it that loud anywho. I would reccomend this zune radio to anyone who is looking to jam to the music on their zune! =)
