When I recieved the product the box was torn, I assemled and plugged mic for wireless and this function did not work , I plugged cable in into mic and unit worked. Although the unit did not sound bad I just think I recievced a defective one. I would like to return this item.

This is a good 'cheap' mic. It was easy to use and setup. When using the wireless feature there was a low level of constant static however if you used it as a wired mic its sound was very clear. The wireless worked in another ajoining room however I never went any further than that. The mic has a nice look and is worth the price but may not be for 'professional' use unless you're using it as a wired setup.

This is the first Microphone that I have own, so I can't give much on camparsion with other Mic. But for what we use it for around the house it's OK. It statics somewhat with the wireless plug in. But when connected to the cable it's very clear. It depends on what you are going to use it for. Just around with friends and guest this is a good Mic for that.

handsome mic easy to use, works great . great price fast shipping, i like that it comes in a plastic case with carrying handle and it has the wires so it can be used wireless or with the wires. gReaT DeaL!

I bought this for my 11 yr old who likes to play school and store. he has a blast with it. It was a great price and has really good distance. He went outside and to the end of the block and we still got reception. No interference or static, clear and distinct sound quality. Maybe not professional quality but dad is a musician and is considering using it on smaller jobs.

I purchased three of these microphones for two karaoke machines. The wireless feature on all three gives loads of feedback and buzz, is sporadic in reception, and a big disappointment. The good news is that when used with the mic chords, the things work fairly well.

I bought this product as a Christmas gift for my son and he absolutely loves it. He is lead vocal in his band and since he has gotten this mic, he has had rave reviews on his vocals. Thanks for an awesome product!

I am usually satisfied with the products purchased at overstock.com. But, this time I was truly disappointed. I opend up the box I thought it was used, this product was all rusty inside I thought it didn't work. but I went over and tried it and it was operatable. I didn't want to send it back too much hassle. This is suppose to be a present and I hope she doesn't really notice the rust on the spring. Rust was all over the microphone too, but I seem to scrub it and make it look reasonable. I don't think I will be buying anymore products from your company.

wow really great product very surprised how the clrity was and how the craftsmenship really showed in the making of the casing eveen with its own carrying case like the cordless mic so much bought one for my dad

This is the worst piece of junk I have ever seen. The connector on the wire is chrome plated plastic. With the wireless there is a constant static sound and as you move around the room there is popping and crackling. This is more of a toy for kids not for use with any serious audio video production. Don't waste your money or time with this mic. Now I have to go buy a real one.

Looses the signal all the time. Probably works about 10% of the time. I haven't spent much time with it though so maybe the problem can be corrected. However it shouldn't have to be.

I hesitantly ordered it, despite some of the other reviews. It worked great. We use it with a Kid's Karaoke system, so I can't comment on actual sound quality.

This is only an okay microphone. You definitely get what you pay for. 1. First use of the microphone required that I fiddle with all the switches and batteries until I would actually get the item to power on. 2. There is a constant background "hiss" or "whirr". 3. I have not tested battery life or the range of the microphone because I was somewhat unhappy with its basic microphone performance. My recommendation is to use this microphone as a corded microphone. Audio equipment is not somewhere you want to be cutting corners in. Admittedly, I knew deep down I wasn't getting a top quality product but I just wanted to see if it was any good. Again, I recommend staying away from this particular product in favor a brand name product. Hope I helped . . .
