Hello,, I have never ever left a negative rating,, but I have to say that I would never buy this product again. It was a waste of my money. Sorry, that I feel this way, but the device is poorly made and has no use at all, to me. Sincerely, Felicia

this product was poorly represented in its selling value. it didnt tell u u only had 1 message on the recorder. im very sorry i spent this money, and it was for xmas gifts i couldnt even give it away.

When it mentions a 10 second message they mean only one and it is hard to hear. I should have read the reviews better. It is easy to operate and the construction is good but one 10 second message isn't that helpful.
