Other than two of the plastic feet breaking off as I moved the speakers into place, I'm pleased with the sound for the money. I didn't expect name brand sound or appearance for the price but would recommend if these are in your price range. They look a little cheaper than in the photos too; the stainless looking plastic looks more plastic than stainless...imagine that. If you can afford to pay more, do so.

The speakers I ordered where pretty good, except when I received the speakers one of the legs, stands on the bottom of the speaker were crushed, otherwise they sound great!!!

In spite of a couple of issues that probably had more to do with shipping, these speakers are quite a value for the price. They have excellent presence, and solid bass that dosen't require a subwoofer. Their design makes it possible to tuck them away just about anywhere, and they're rather nice looking to boot. I'm glad I got a pair of them while they're available.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PORDUCT 100% TO ANYONE THAT WHATS VALUE FOR A GOOD PRICE. THE SPEAKERS HANDLE VERY WELL YOU WOULD THINK THAT YOU WERE IN A PARTY WHEN YOU WORK THE SPEAKERS CLEAN, CLEAN MUSIC YOU WOULD LOVE FOR YOUR HOME. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HOME SPEAKERS THIS IS THE ONE BUT WITH WHAT I AM EXPERIECEING NOW I WOULD GO FOR HIGHER WATTS LIKE THE SDAT 5OO FOR THE FUN OF IT AND THE PRICE IS GREAT TOO. AND IT WOULD BE GREAT FOR THE HOLIDAY FOR WHEN YOU ARE HAVING GET TOGETHERS WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY. IT WOULD BREAK THE HOUSE DOWN.

I'm powering the SDAT 400 speakers with a 780 watt JVC receiver . The speakers handle the power easily. The highs are clean and there's plenty of thump in the base. For the money you can't beat these speakers.
