This scale is nice overall but is not very user friendly for finding the rate. It takes 4 keystrokes to get a postage rate and then 3 more to clear it out so that you can get the rate on the next package. On top of that it beeps way too much in normal operation which gets annoying after a couple of packages.

This product works great And is easy to use.The scales hooked up nicely to my Laptop.Great Value

Careful in you have a laptop

I just received this unit and it does look good, however I can't use it since it won't connect to laptops (their customer service told me that). I have to buy an adapter or else send it back. Oh well.
