We were thrilled to get the letter folder on a Friday. It crunched up numerous letters at strange angles. You must fight with it to get the paper perfectly straight or you'll be getting a surprise with the product that comes out. After less than one ream of paper (500) sheets and three days use, the machine broke and quit running. We had to send it back to Royal and are still waiting on it to come back. If it doesn't function properly when returned we're going to return it to Overstock and request a full refund. I would never buy this brand again. It's too much time and trouble and does not in the slightest increase efficiency.

This product works very well in my home office. It does exactly what it is advertised to do. The only thing is you must be carfull to put the paper in straight so it is not folded crooked.
