This is a piece of crap!
I received this item as a birthday present from my husband. He was very sweet and bought it a few months after we had a baby just as I was returning to work. It was a great idea to keep me connected and seeing the smiling face of our baby at work. Unfortunately, it is a total piece of crap! It is NOT MAC COMPATIBLE!!! As a work around we put photos on a flash drive and uploaded them on my pc laptop. The software is not user friendly. The pictures were grainy when uploaded. You must chose to make all photos either horizontal or vertical because it squishes the pictures if you try to rotate them with the terrible software. The manual is absolutely useless. The english is poor in the manual and in the software. My husband was furious that the product was so bad and was made even more furious when we read overstock.com's return policy. I don't think we will every order from overstock again.
