Price and Value
This item arrived quickly and undamaged. The unit is strong and usable and good for what it is intended. Won't replace a tripod, so don't expect it to. It is for shooting pictures when you need to steady the camera better than just holding it. For this it works great. The foot piece is a bit combersome, but not a problem.

Cheap MonoPod
Received MonoPod in mail. the unit is fair. the head is cheap plastic and does not sit level. I would not Recomend it.. will buy a better quality monopod.

Monopod
I am very pleased with this product. It adjusts quickly and easily to the necessary height and rotates smoothly for pan shots. It was a real bargain.

A Good Enhancement
It really helps in getting steady pictures inside without a flash. Since museums don't allow tripods, this is the second best to steady the camera. I plan to visit some exhibitions and museums shortly and will be really anxious to see the results.

Sturdy
It works great and looks much more expensive than it was. The quick releas has been handy a few times already. The stabilizing foot on the base seems to get in the way,unless I am using it wrong, oh!... And it came with no instructions for that feature.

DOES WHAT IT WAS MEANT FOR
THE CARRYING CASE WAS NOT EXPECTED AND HANDY. THE FOOT STABILIZER WAS NOT EXPECTED BUT WORKS ALTHOUGH IT SOMETIMES GETS IN THE WAY AND WHEN CLOSING WILL UNLOCK THE LOWER SECTION. JUST A LITTLE PRACTICE RESULTED MUCH STEADIER VIDEOS. ITS EVEN WORKS FOR MOVING OBJECT THAT CHANGE ELEVATIONS SUCH AS BIRDS AND SKIERS AND SNOWBOARDERS.

Very good product
Overall, the monopod will serve the function very well. The quick release was not compatible with my existing quick releases, but this is only a minor inconvenience. The mounting head with pan and swivel controls is superfluous. It is a monopod! All of those motions are accomplished by simple manipulation of the monopod. Great price!!!
