Decent but not level
It's been 2 years and this tripod is still functioning. Which says a lot because I'm very hard on both the tripod and the monopod extension. Recently the top platform that flips down (where the camera sits and attaches) hasn't been flipping down all the way so it's not level. The leveler on the bottom half of the tripod shows that it's level but the top leveler shows that it's tilted. The only way to fix it is to adjust the legs on one side so that the bottom adjusts for the top. It's not that much trouble but it can get annoying. Otherwise it's sturdy and has lasted me a long time. I usually go through a tripod a year or less as I use it at least weekly if not more often.

Delivery was speedy. Item was just as described and in new unopened box. Tripod is strong enough to hold my 35mm SLR Film camera and a 300mm telephoto lens. I took it to the zoo with me in its carrying case on my shoulder. It wasn't too heavy. It seems sturdy, but lightweight. Legs open smoothly. I like the quick release gadget. Setup was easy. I would not recommend it for a professional photographer, however. Excellent deal for $****!!!

Never used a tripod before, but this one rocks!
I was concerned that this would be challenging to use, but I found it to be high-quality, stable, and a breeze to use. Way to go, Rokinon and Overstock!

Amazing! Super great buy for the price!
I am over the moon about this tripod! I wasn't expecting it to have so many features. I had this tripod of two years and I can't say anything bad about it. Its light weight for a tripod. It get really tall: You can extend from the legs and/or from the crank/neck in the middle. It even has a balance indicator so that way you can see if the tripod is level. You can turn and swivel the neck and lock it into place. I have a heavy camera and it hold it in place perfect. Its easy to ca lapse and store. It comes with a great travel storage bag. It also comes with a nice handle grip. Nothing has loosen and/or gotten rusty. I love this tripod more than I love the camera that I purchased to go with it lol.
