I purchased this external drive based on a positive review by Macworld. It is every bit as good as described. It is quiet and fast, and it worked right out of the box with my iMac.

I was so happy that Overstock had these drives. They are my favorite enclosure because (1) They don't have a funky external power supply; and (2) they are very quiet. They do get hot, but I've never had an issue with their performance.
