You will get a lot of static with this product. I had it about 2 weeks and it broke. I had also purchased one for a friend as a gift and the same thing happened to hers within a month.

This is an amazing deal and I would highly recommend. It fits well in my car (adjustable arm and attachments make it easy to adjust to virtually any interior). I get great reception and best of all my ipod always stays charged! I don't know what I did without it! Oh yea... I had a poopy cassette tape adapter! That thing stunk! Not to mention the extra wiring that hung out! I was a lttle leary at first because the price was so low, but you should feel confident purchasing this item. :)

I got this product over two months ago. Its a great product for the value. As soon as you get it set up to how you want it, is works great. My boyfriend has even tried to keep it a few times! im going to buy him his own. It has a clear sound. I've only had a little static going through mountains, if so change station. Also if the road ur driving on is bumpy, it might come out of the socket. Thats only happened a few times. But other than that great product! Just pick a strong station and go!

This is a GREAT product, and trust me, I'm picky. The reception is very clear and I like that it is digital so that I have more options for clear reception depending on what area I am in. My only problem with it is that to use it, I have to take my ipod out of its hard, clear plastic case (which is hard to do). This is because if the case holding the ipod is sitting on the base, the socket doesn't fit all the way into the ipod and it won't properly connect. I gave it to my boyfriend and I'm just going to get a plug transmitter with no base.

I bought this becasue the price was good and I wanted something with a holder. I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" is true. I couldn't get it to fit my ipod and it kept tipping over. Also, the reception was bad; could not find a station to tune it to.

The things I do like about the product is that it's closer to eye level to be able to skip songs and see whats playing, it was easy to put together and start using and the sound is very clear. The only thing I don't like is that it sometimes jars loose when you go over a bump and then you have to push it back in, turn the power back on and press play, it gets annoying sometimes! other than that it works great.

Bought this one cause i was tierd of my old fm transmiter without a holder. this ones pretty convienient.sound quality is the same as every other transmiter doubt it will get any better.but cant really beat the price.

This product only works in a vehicle.My last transmitter was able to be used on any fm stereo which made it great for parties. This unit comes loose from the cigarette lighter with the slightest bump and then looses signal. You then have to re-start to get the transmission. It is also hard to see your ipod to change songs due to it being fixed to the lighter. I would not recommend this. Spend the extra for a fully portable transmitter.

I have owned a few Ipod FM transmitters and none of them are perfect but this one seems to be the best so far. This is the second one that I have owned I lost the extender so I had to buy a new one. But works great.

For having been refurbished this is a great price and an o.k. product! If you can get past the first shipment missed the actual charger. However, Overstock did send me a replacement quickly. Also, I like to use the 87.9 channel. This product does not have that channel. Also, you must turn your radio up Really loud to hear it, I believe that is par for the course. Lastly, I should mention, it needs a couple of minutes to warm up before you can hear it! Overall, I give it an average Rating! I do like the price!

The sound not a strong as the radio, but turned up to full volume it works just fine as long as you can find a radio station that is not being used by the air waves. That's a little tough in my area, but doable. Product arrived quickly and as expected, thanks.
