This product never worked. I charged the batteries and turned it on nothing. I even put in new batteries. Nothing. I sent it back and I received a new one and the volume dial was damaged. This is a piece of junk. Do not buy this product.

Received this product and immediately put it on the AC charger (included). After overnight charge (at least 10 hours), no lights, am or fm radio signal received. Will be returned to sender on the next thing smokin' that way.
