If the phone malfunctions and it has to be replaced...would overstock have the stock to replace it and can this work ok on tmobile's network because they have a different 4g than att and is this really black on the back because it looks silver...thank you

This is an unlocked cell phone, so it should. However it would still be best to contact your carrier to be sure. Also this item has a 90 day Limited Distributor Warranty on it, and also an option to add a 2 or 4 year service plan, which would cover defective problems with the item.

Our refurbished items are not sold with any defects, or wear marks. Most of the time, refurbished items are returned for a buyer's remorse return reason. Regardless of the reason, the item goes through a series of testing to ensure the item can be resold in "new" condition.
