Even though this was a refurbished product, that didn't bother me at the time. Although after less than 2 weeks use and only using the CD player twice, the CD door no longer opens. No wonder they have refurbished ones only.The alarm clock function is awkward and difficult to set. Very confusing controls.The only good thing I can say is Overstock has a good reputation and am confident they will accept a return.

We bought two of these and started using them in January. By late June, both CD motors had failed. Buyer beware. Poor quality and poor customer service from overstock.com. We will not be buying from overstock.com again.

The radio is a good value with lots and lots of features. I am happy with the radio and happy with Overstock.com.

The size is perfefct for the nite stand, I really love the colorfuul screen. Although I was expecting to get an mp3 player too, I would definitely recommend the player to anyone. It is a VERY good deal all the way around.

We received this item and it was broken. The CD window motor was burned out and the attachment arms were broken. We are even unable to close the door manually so the item is useless. Will never purchase refurbished again.

My granddaughter loves her new clock radio. It was priced great for the features it offered. Well pleased! Thanks!

For the price this is a great cd player alarm clock. It has a lot of cool features like auto-time set and an automatic dimmer. The sound is good and it's easy enough to operation.

Received the radio today and don't know where to begin:The auto set batteries are dead, no instructions on how to change them.It says there should be backup batteries... there are not.My other radios have found scores of stations in this area; this found one FM, one AM.And the piece de resistance... NO SOUND! Full volume and nothing from radio or CD!It would cost as much to send it back as refund so in the garbage it goes. I have been deliriously happy with my purchases here over the years but this really leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Just received my refurbished unit. Seems to be a good buy for the money but...The automatic clock setting feature did NOT work as described. Set buttons as indicated in instructions and let it sit for 20 minutes expecting it to sync up and set time. Finally set time manually. Checked out all the features and set stations, alarm times etc. all to the good. Played a CD-R fine with good sound for this size unit but DID NOT play an MP3 disc as stated in the product description. Tried two separate discs which work fine in my car player with no success. Unit searches the disc and then shows NO SONGS on the display! This is somewhat disconcerting since one of the main reasons that I purchased THIS unit was for this feature. Other than this, in the short term, this unit will serve my needs adequately.

The clock and radio work well. I would like a longer sleep timer, and a little easier functionality on setting automatic time, but overall it was a good deal and it works well for my needs.
