First during initial operation of playback and recording, the recording channel stopped working. I had to remove covers and examine the device to determine the cause and correct. The cause was the tiny belt driven by the motor had slipped off the drive wheel. I feel this will continue to be a problem, therefore I am searching for a supply source. Second, when you are recording you can't listen to the source. I'll have to resolve this issue. The unit is compact and attractive.

I bought this machine to convert my cassettes to cds. My cassette player went bad. This works real well for stereo use as componet.

I've got a Sony Dual Cassette Deck before. Compare the PylePro to Sony, the operation is heavier, not as smooth as the Sony. The PylePro also lacks a jack for headphones

I was pleasantly surprised of the sound quality for the price. I will definitely be a future consumer of Pyle Pro products...thanks.
