Have to jiggle the Ipod to obtain proper sound connection. Returned to manufacture for replacement to see if it was just a defective dock.

The first unit I got was defective. Thanks to overstocks AAA+++ cust. service it was replaced quickly. Second unit works as described. I use it with a iTouch and an iPod classic. Both work fine.

A great product. It provides a simple solution for integrating your iPod/iPhone into an existing stereo system. There are similar solutions that cost twice as much that provide the same function. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Worked right out of the box. Just plugged in the power cord, connected the RCA plugs into the stereo receiver, then my son dropped his iTouch in the cradle and it works great. The remote also seems to work fine. This is just what we were looking for.

I bought this because I'm reorganizing my desk and wanted a small charger that would hold my phone upright. I haven't used the speaker function, nor the remote, but I don't expect any problems when I do.

The dock does the job is was intended to do - it easily connected our Ipods to our Bose Wave Radio. A similar item from Bose will set you back approx. $100. BUT, as I read in some other reviews, the Pyle remote control has a VERY limited range, in my case it is less than six feet. I knew this going in, so no surprise here.

This dock station works well for my IPod though my existing house stereo system. I'm not sure why there is a remote control as it doesn't work. I'm unsure of what it would be controlling as it not for the IPod. And again, ther were no instruction in the packaging. The price was good.

We wanted to play the iPod through the stereo, and could have bought one for 4X as much that matched our amp and been controllable through the amp remote. By choosing this dock, we have a separate remote for the iPod. So what! We spent less, got the same result, and are very happy. We leave the stereo on all day for the dog when we are working, and this is the easiest on our components. I would recommend this if you just want to put your iPod through your stereo.

We were looking for something that would dock the iPod/iPhone to access our music to play on home sound system, this does a great job. Neat, small, good fit but does the job nicely. Very pleased with the outcome.
