This is also Bluetooth compatible, so it connects to any device wirelessly. The setup for this is easy and quick. I love this feature since I use it for my iphone when I travel a lot. Good from five feet only This speaker sounds good but if you want it to work more than five feet from your phone good luck. This is my third Bluetooth speaker and I wanted it to have at the pool next year. Unfortunately there is no way it will work if my phone is in my chair and then placing the speaker fifteen feet away. My two other Bluetooth speakers have no problem from at least 25 feet away. It really does have about a 5-7ft range.
