First I have to say Overstock.com was extremely helpful. The first unit I received was damaged, the second unit I received didn't work (I understand these things happen, and I don't blame anyone). The return program was very easy, and user-friendly. Within a couple of days, I had the new one knocking on my door. Now about the product: -This product is exactly as described, and is very nice. The only drawback is that it doesn't come with a 12volt wiring diagram for installing it in a vehicle. The good news is....it's actually very easy, and the wires are Identified. -The operator's manual has a picture of the headrest (for a car) on the cover, but inside the manual almost everything pertaians to a general unit for use in (a house) with surround sound etc.... - not really a big deal, but kinda confusing. - The remote comes with a tiny piece of plastic over the battery to protect it during shipping. You have to remove this or the remote WILL NOT WORK!. The owner's manual tells you this, but it's kinda confusing in the description. - Overall, this is a very nice product, it has a factory OEM look, and has some cool features such as SD memory card slot, MP3 player, USB input, and wireless FM output ( so can tune your car radio into the matching station) and listen to the movie through your car speakers. I definately recommend this item!
