Bought the backup mirror for son for Christmas...he used it to launch boat on lake...uses it to check behind truck (2 small children) and said it is best gift yet.

I was surprised that the product was reconditioned.

I paid more to have this installed than I did for the system. The rearview mirror distorts anything thats behind you. There is no nightvision whatsoever. The camera has to be rigged to get a ground view. Save your money. Its a waste !
