Broken
The item was refurbished so I got what I paid for. It does not work. Unfortunately, the stereo installer threw the box and manuals away so I cannot return the item.

Good device - horrible packaging
The equalizer itself is fine - but the packaging was horrible - can hear everything rattling in the shipping carton. Surprised everything work but the 1st unit was fine. The 2nd unit was same way - only it was missing the wiring harness. Have to return it to O.co I guess.
