These are really powerful speakers --- just really nothing in the bass. But for what you pay for you can not beat it. Excellent price value. These speakers work best in a room where sound quality isn't a big deal; e.g. a garage, workroom, etc, but you need to save on room and price, which is exactly what I needed.
