The mount seems like it would be a good mount IF it fits your tv. The problem with this unit is that the back plate that goes on the wall is not wide enough to hold the Panasonic 42 inch plasma. Measure the spread of your mounting holes on the back of the tv. If they span more than 25 inches, this mount will not work for you.

I finally bought a 47" flat screen and figured I would put in on the wall but then I looked around at the prices of wall mounts and it was rediculous then I found this one. I could not believe the price. I thought it would have to be cheaply made or something but for the price I figured I would check it out. Let me tell you..it was nice and the quality was outstanding. It was a breeze to hang up and mount the tv. It comes with LOTS of different bolts to ensure you have the correct fit. Definitely a good buy!

It was so easy to instal, came with everything you need from 32` to 52` I am very pleased. My TV has been on the wall aready for a month and hasnt fallen down :) thanks overstock :)

I was skeptical about buying this wall mount at first because it was so much cheaper than the others and it didn't have any reviews yet. This is an incredible bargain. The mount came with all the hardware for all different makes of TV's. It was so easy to install because the hardware was individually packaged and labeled for each different kind of tv. It's made of a heavy metal and it looks great. I would most highly recommend this product. P.S. My tv is a 42 inch olevia but I can tell you that it would definitely work for any brand tv without having to drill extra holes.

This worked out well for me. These wall mounts can be very costly, so I was wary of this one due to the price. I was pleasantly surprised. My TV has hung on it for over a year.

we've had this item for a few years now and have had no problems. it has held up our 42" flat screen for well over 4 yrs. AND... my favorite part... this is WAY less than what they offer at Best Buy.

Overstock is the only place you can find these TV Wall Mounts for a decent price. My husband and I are about to mount our TV over our fire place and need to save space. This mount will fit the bill perfectly. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. It did just as it was described...hung the TV and holds it safely. I have no complaints.

This wall mount works great to hold our bedroom 32" flatscreen. I was glad I read the other reviews before ordering so I was prepared for the multitude of potential wall fasteners that come with it to mount on various wall surfaces. You definitely need two people to get the TV hung as other reviewers said. The instructions are a little humerous in their translation but clear enough for us to get done in about 45 minutes total. The tilt feature was something we were looking for as we wanted to see it from the bed. The price was crazy good as well, especially compared to the big-box stores.

I am giving this 4 stars because of the quality, but even though it says it fits 23" TV's it is too large. The top and bottom of the mount will show on a 23 inch. If you don't mind to show the mount it is a good one. I kept the mount for a 32 in. TV that I will purchase later.

This wall mount is great! It worked out even better than planned and we saved more than 70% compared to the retail stores. I would 100% recommend this product.!

I would just like to say that this tv mount is very nice and well made and easy to install there was a few things that really surprise me when i open the box, that it gave me so many screw for most tv' and to install on- brick,drywall,cement, and it also came with two locks and keys so young kids could not push it off the wall.I price wall mounts at other places and this was half the price that they wanted for mounts that look just like this one!

I actually bought 2 of these mounts for my 2 42" TV's in my living room. They're really easy to install (and lightweight) just make sure you're on a stud. Its really slim. Comes with all the pieces you need - and dont need, but those pieces came in handy later on when I bought a completely different mount. The price is a steal, compared to other mounts sold in those big electronic stores ($90+). Also, $2.95 for shipping! Gotta love overstock.com :)

Great buy. It's not hard to understand overhead when you can pick up something at Overstock that is an easy 30 to 40% cheaper than at a large retailer. This Wall Mount was as easy as hanging a picture on the wall. My wife says I'm an Overstock junky. So be it if I keep finding great buys at Overstock.

purchased this mount from O-stock because it was priced very well in relation to what I could find, 50% cheaper than any I could find locally. The only Con I had on this particular mount was the bolt holes, most stud's are 16" on center. I had a hard time trying to center the wall bracket on the 16" center's holes, I eventually did offset the bracket by about 1-2 inches and noticed no problems in strength or warping of the bracket. the only other thing was the tilt ability. Be careful where your cable connections are.. too much tilt and you wont be able to put them into place unless there is an L or F angle connector of some kind, mine were near the bottom right edge on the TV and it was definitely a snug fit. . . Pro's: The included bolts and spacers were enough to fit just about any television, luckily my Samsung came with 4 spaces I could use, I prefer to stick with manufacturer's parts as much as possible for a better fit. Once mounted the bracket and hangers were very easy to attach and set into position with locking plates provided for the bottom. They also included 2 locks in case you wanted to actually lock it to the bracket frame.

I didn't know anything about tv mounts and was very pleased that this one was easy to install. Comes with waaaaay more screws then I'll ever know what to do with but just assures you have the right screws to match your tv. Definitely a two person job.

THIS IS VERY GOOD PRODUCT. HAS MORE HARDWARE TO DO ANYTHING THAN YOU NEED. MY TIME WAS DRILLING HOLES AND RUNNING CABLE WIRES, BUT THIS IS GREAT PRODUCT.

Judging by the measurements this should have been wide enough for our 42" Panasonic but after securing it to the wall we found it was about 1/2" too narrow which meant the brackets hung over the edge a 1/4" each end. We overcame this problem by using cable ties as the padlocks provided would not have prevented the tv from gradually moving sideways and eventually falling off. The bracket itself appears very strong and comes with plenty of fixings to attach it securely to the wall.

This item arrived 5 days from the time of purchase. Direction could have been a little more percise due to fact there are more pieces included than what I actually needed. Overall good product for a great price.
