I bought this mount for a tv in the play room for my kids. I like the cable management to keep the cables attached to the mount, I also like the covers over the bolts for a clean installation.

Bolts to a single wood stud with three lag screws, easy to install. Doesn't seem to sag at all under the weight of a 27" LCD TV.
