Maybe or Maybe Not.
The first one we received immediately popped off after attaching. I was hesitant to try a replacement, but my daughter really liked the lovely color and was willing to try another one. The scond one worked just fine. Therefore if you are willing to take a chance if may not work the first time, but it if you really want that color, its worth it. You can always ask for replacement or refund if the second doesn't work. Overstock is great on that issue. So if you love that purple color - give it a try.

Doesn't work
I have a 4th generation ipod touch and this case will lot lock onto the ipod. It just pops off.
