  This item performed very good initially. The movement of the screen was very smooth and quite. Noticed a slight curling in of the edges after several months. A gear broke after 7 months and the item had to be returned at a cost of $64 (for an item that cost $***) out of my pocket for repair/replacement. Would not recommend purchase based on poor quality inner parts. Could have lived with the curl. GRM

  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Outer cover had a slight dent from shippin. Too much hassle to return such a large item. Did not impact function and screen was hidden when not in use.
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Initially very good. A gear broke after 7 months and the item had to be returned.

  the motor on the screen is a little slow but it makes for a cool movie screen for a cheap price.

  • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? the screen dimisions are not what the product details say. The actual width of the screen is not 84" its 93"

  I was looking for a basic pull-up screen, and this was the best priced, all purpose, no nonsense one I could find. In fact, the price made me wonder about the quality. Upon receiving it - no problems at all. There is slight curling on the outside edges, but that was expected on a centre-pull screen. The screen itself provides an excellent surface for effective image projection. I recommend this product highly if you are looking for a functional, inexpensive alternate to a traditional tripod configured screen.

  I bought this because I wasnt sure how much I would use a projection theater box and thought I would be able to stow this behind the couch when I wasnt using it. I loved it so much that now I have bought a bigger screen to permanently ceiling mount. I have used this screen for 2 years now with no problems and no product wear/tears/failures....although I am very careful and dont force it or rush the mechanisms.
