This Alarm Clock projects clear and easy to read digits on the ceiling. It doesn't require to focus the image. The red color of the digits does not illuminate the room so people can still sleep at complete dark. The drawback of the unit is that you need to roate the whole clock to rotate the direction of the projected image. It doesn't have a dial to rotate the projected images. In my case, the clock is sideways at the bedside, therefore the image is projected at a 90 degree angle, so I had to get used to read it that way.I like that it is very accurate and easy to setup. I liked that the outside temperature transmitter can be placed up to 80 feet away, I have the transmitter in the porch and the clock is in the second floor of the house.In summary, it does the job.

This is a very easy clock to use and seeing the time on the wall or ceiling is really cool. It is easy to read on wood or sheetrock.
I have not taken the time to really see how it works. But I like the red color projection. I can read the time and temperature better then the blue color projection clock that I have. Having some problems getting the alarm to work. But then again, I have not really taken the time to see how it works.
First off I'd like to say that the main reason I bought this clock was because it was described as having a dual alarm. It does not have dual alarms, it only has a single alarm. This will cause an issue when my wife and I do not get up at the same time. Also I have owned projection alarm clocks very similar to this that also have an option of displaying the day of the week along with the month and day. This can be very helpful when you wake up and want to know what the date is or is it Wednesday. This clock lacks this feature.Things I do like about this. Time is easy to read. Clock is fairly easy to setup. Projection is clear and easy to read in dim to dark lighting. Alarm volume is sufficient. Temp info for inside and outside is helpful as well.
