  VS 2010 is an improvement over earlier versions. Makes starting a project - Web, Silverlight etc. easier than before. Overstock had one of the lowest prices. One disadvantage I saw was the FedEx insisted that I be present in person to receive the package. No door tag or others could sign. This was a major inconvenience. Recommend the product. Recommend Overstock.com
