This review has two parts - Pyle and Overstock. When I first got the dvd player, the display didn't work at all. The disk played and I could hear the dvd, but no picture. Enclosed in the packaging was an 800 number to contact the manufacturer. Stupidly, I called Pyle instead of Overstock. The phone was answered by a woman who sounded like she was working in her basement. I was put on hold 4 times for more than 20 minutes and finally the woman told me she would email me a return label and when they received the DVD player, they would ship a replacement. Never got the email, thank God because I doubt I would have ever gotten a replacement. But, then I called Overstock and wow, what a difference! Not only did they immediately send me a free return label, they sent a new dvd player right away - before I returned the broken one - so I'd have it in time for my vacation. This one works at least. Haven't tried all the bells and whistles, but it'll do.Read More
