This printer is very versatile. It's super easy to make prints right from your flash card. Just pop your card in and start printing. The printer can also be set up as a local printer on you PC via USB.
The user screens are very simple to use. The touch screen makes the whole thing fun to use. Each screen has big easy-to-use buttons that lead to you to several printing options. It's easy to make black and white or sepia prints. Muiti image printing is also easy to accomplish and there are many options for mulitple images on each print.
What else is really fun, you can make your own borders and install them on the printer. The printer comes with a Photoshop plug-in to create the files needed to make the borders and the instructions are very simple to follow.
It's also one of the fasted dye-sub printers I've ever used. 14 seconds for a 4x6! That's faster than a lot of inkjet printers and the quality is very good.
Great printer, good value. Retail paper cost gives you 40 cents per 4x6. Overstock's price gives you about 23 cents per. Gotta love Overstock.com.
I can't say enough good things about the printer. It's a sturdy workhorse that yields a lot of prints. I highly recommend this little blue-headed gem.
