Very SLOW printer. Horrible printing, scanning, and copying quality. I will never buy this product again. Very diffucult to install the driver and processes very slow. Not a good prodcut for an office.
I was worried about this printer when I first saw it because it said it was refurbished, but, so far, it has turned out to be a great printer. All the toner cartridges came pre-installed and set up took less than 20 minutes, including the time to install drivers and software and test both the printer and scanner functions. I am hoping things continue to go well with this printer because so far, it is the best printer I have ever owned.
Too many problems with ink cartridges and slow print time led me to Monochrome laser printers. After careful reading many reviews I decided to get the OKI B411d. I got the best deal at overstock.com. This machine was made to crank out 80,000 pages per month. Setup was easy . It uses the same desk space as my former inkjet printer. Print speed is awesome at 35 ppm. I particularly like the duplex print feature. This allows 2 sided printing without having to remove the pages and flip them and reinsert to get the reverse printed. I have emerged from the dark ages of printers. Only complaint is; why does every manufacturer of toner copiers sell their machines with a "starter cartridge" ? How much do they really save?
I bought this because I thought the sheets would be super sticky and would adhere well. The adhesive is less sticky than a post-it note and is thin strips about 1/2 wide with wide gaps of of no adhesive at all. It is not al all what I wanted or needed and was a waste of money.
