This is a very good printer. The only problem I have found is that the black ink runs out relatively quick. I had to order a new cartridge within the month I recieved the printer. I do NOT do a lot of copying. The printer is worth the price because it really delivers great copies. Ink cartridges do not cost as much as other printer ink refill cartridges I have owned. It is not a scanner. If you want to scan pictures to your computer, forget it. I purchased the Epson scanner for that. Together they are just wonderful.

Fast and no-nonsense. For the money this thing kicks out a great amount of pages per minute, does 2-sided copies, and scans (in color) up to legal size documents. If you're looking for a proficient small-business sized printer/copier/scanner (B&W copies and printing only) then this should be top of your consideration list. Overstock beat any other deal out there on price and delivery time, too.

Cartridges are brand new and function as well if I had bought directly from the manufacturer, but at a discounted price!

I was concerned that I was buying stock from a clearing house, but it was brand new and the expiration date was over a year away. Happy with the fast service and the great product.

the printer was about what I expected....a good value for the money; replacing a smaller HP deskjet printer that could not copy. This model does not scan but makes black and white and color copies; ink, which is usually pricey, comes with the model, so it is a very good buy with the new ink. I would purchase it again.

I just bought my 2nd one, first lasted 3 years. Could have fixed it, but was easier to just get a new one. Drums wear out quickly, tho. Never misses a beat, tho in my medial office. 250+ pages a day 52 weeks a year. Get the 2nd tray for alternative paper.

Unfortunately, when we got the product, a printer, I opened it and there weren't any ink cartridges in the box. I called Overstock customer service and they are taking care of it totally. They are sending me a shipping label and a new printer. The service person was VERY nice and the service was excellent! I am VERY PLEASED with Overstock and the way they are handling this situation. I have bought items from you in the past and WILL buy more! THANK YOU FOR STANDING BEHIND WHAT YOU SELL!!! You get an A+++ Rating from me!

I did my homework and this seemed like it would be a great product. However, I was never able to get it to work. The directions were very poor, but mainly it frequently would NOT turn on, no matter how long/short I pushed the button. Also, I bought the chip and followed the directions but could never get my computer to recognize it. I spoke w/ Overstock who set me up w/a conference call w/ the manufacturer, who also did not seem to know a whole lot. The apparatus comes w/a disc that would install only partially, then freeze up my computer, necessitating me to turn off the computer, and then it would not reinstall. They sent me a new disc which did the same thing. The manufacturer agent finally said that the disc wasn't necessary and perhaps was only advertising for me to buy other products...who knows. However, Overstock was great, both Chelsea and Ann W. made the return easy, and i will gladly by from them again...just not this product. I've done without a scanner this long, so maybe I don't really need one after all.

Love this scanner, convenient to install, easy to use. I scanned all my business cards in less than one hours. It is very accurate, and I only need to correct some times. Overall, it

We were looking for an Epson V700 to scan x-ray images into our dental software program. This scanner fits the bill perfectly. Images are clear, it is extremely easy to use, and the scanner fits the decor of our office. We have not used the scanner for photos or documents, but I would expect it would excel at those as well. Amazon had the same scanner with free shipping - but it was out of stock. Luckily I found Overstock also had the item - in stock, ready to ship, excellent pricing, amazing $2.95 shipping fee & quick shipping. We are thoroughly pleased with this purchase and will look to Overstock in the future for our office needs.

I found the scanner easy to use and I am certainly no expert. I needed it to scan high def scans of old family photos and slides for use in reprinting. It has software that enables to you correct flaws in the photos or slides and they translate very well into good quality prints. It was not inexpensive, over $$$ but I feel it was worth the amount to get the scans that I need and will be needing for my work. I have had the scanner a few months now and have used it quite a bit and am still very happy with the results.

The printer when first UN boxed worked like a charm. This AIO printer performed well without any glitches. Six months into fairly light duty regular printing, the ink cartridges started giving me problems with "test" printing color pages with both stripped or multicolored samples that could NOT be fixed. Multiple nozzle alignments, head cleanings, manual print carriage cleanings, track cleanings and ink suppository cleaning had NO affect what so ever. I both have and had no choice but to throw this piece of garbage away. I bought a new Epson AIO and so far I'm happy as can be. Everyone knows that ANY manufacturer printer is built as a disposable device, as the REAL money is made in selling the ink cartridges which in the short run PAY for the printer many times over. The HP "chipped" cartridges are designed to incur multiple owner difficulties, especially if you DARE use a second party ink cartridge to continue your work and also to get a good working life out of your investment. I PERSONALLY know HP is horrendously territorial over this fact and rule people looking to make a meager earning from selling second hand ink. HP threatens manufactures and resellers alike with law suits and Cease and Desist court orders to continue their STRANGLEHOLD on ink sales. I can produce printed threat notices direct from HP if need be. Too bad, but it's absolute TRUTH, and HP knows it. I will NEVER AGAIN buy an HP printer because of 1) It's poor product longevity and 2) HP's ruthless business practices that really DON'T have to exist. If anything, if their products were allowed to operate long term, then people just MIGHT be inclined to purchase again in a "reliable" quality product. But that thinking is obviously hay wire, so as far as I'm concerned HP printers can turn to dust for all I care. Thank you (for nothing) - ***

This is a really nice WiFi multifunction printer. Easy set-up, supports MS 8RT and other platforms. Compact considering its functions. I like the display screen indicating status or problems i.e. Out of paper, low ink supplies, etc. can confirm compatibility with desktop computer, Apple iPad 3, Surface and Surface 2 touch pads, Dell Alienware laptop, and Toshiba netbook.

This is the most frustrating printer I ever owned! It stops printing and resets itself constantly... forget about printing a quick page you need! It consumes ink like you have no idea, and every time you change cartridges (which is constantly) it sucks lots of ink from all colors to print a report, and you can't stop it from doing it!! Even if you are printing only B&W it won't print if cartridges are low (don't have to be empty). It's really expensive to run, and very slow and undependable. WILL NEVER BUY HP PRINTERS AGAIN!!
