arrawannaa Rating:3.0This is a very good printer. The only problem I have found is that the black ink runs out relatively quick. I had to order a new cartridge within the month I recieved the printer. I do NOT do a lot of copying. The printer is worth the price because it really delivers great copies. Ink cartridges do not cost as much as other printer ink refill cartridges I have owned. It is not a scanner. If you want to scan pictures to your computer, forget it. I purchased the Epson scanner for that. Together they are just wonderful.

Brenda C. Rating:5.0Haven't actually used this yet, waiting for 'admin rights' to install. (Yes, I work in a school!) I anticipate it will be as fabulous as my other Brother products.

Bill B. Rating:4.0It is a great addition to my office machines. I have not used it for pictures. But i got it with that in mind as i have 100 year old family photos. I am a student and it is seriously helping me with that. Because i needed a commercial printer for grad school i got one without scan capability.

cr4zyd Rating:3.0Not all that pleased with this one, the cost of the device comes with the expectation that you get something without major downsides. I can list some glaring ones. For starters, I have to restart my PC to get the software to recognize the scanner after being idle. This is incredibly inconvenient and a terrible failure on Fujitsu's part. This is with all the troubleshooting they recommend, which boils down to trying different USB ports, and reinstalling the software. A lot of the time documents get misaligned (Receipts in particular) and do not feed correctly, entering the scanner straight and falling into an angle. While the scanner software does correct and straighten documents scanned crooked, it only detects documents coming through the center of the feed tray and stops a scan prematurely if the receipt has fallen out of that sensors view. Keeping the document or receipt straight in the feed tray is very difficult, even with the guides. When feeding a document 14 inches or longer, the scanner quits scanning at the 14 inch mark and feeds the rest of the paper. The best fix I can come up with is tearing the original document to make two pages for one, and this makes the resulting PDF very confusing when the document contains print on both sides. Overall though, it is a huge improvement over your basic all-in-one printer. The thing that bugs me is that I paid this extraordinary price for a device that requires a lot of coddling. Will not purchase a Fujitsu next time!

JACQUELINE F. Rating:5.0This is a first class printer. I just printed off a 196 page document, on both sides of the paper. Very nice scanner function and photo printing. It was an amazing bargain, and the HP support couldn't have been a better bunch to work with. They helped me get rid of software from old printers so that this one would work correctly. Once that was resolved, the machine has been nothing but great.

markfifer Rating:5.0Fast and no-nonsense. For the money this thing kicks out a great amount of pages per minute, does 2-sided copies, and scans (in color) up to legal size documents. If you're looking for a proficient small-business sized printer/copier/scanner (B&W copies and printing only) then this should be top of your consideration list. Overstock beat any other deal out there on price and delivery time, too.
