does not work on 3g iphone
I purchased this charger because it clearly states that this works on iphone, but when I tried to use it, it does not work at all. My iphone had a message saying that this is not compatible. Don't ever purchase this product for 3g iphone. I'm returning mine.

SLOW
This product does not do a good job at all in charging my iPhone. The charger that comes with the phone is very fast in giving you a full charge. This item takes FOREVER to get it there. DO NOT BUY it.

Broke after a few weeks.
The end of the charger, the part that goes in the phone is plastic, not metal. It broke after only a few weeks. Before that I was always jiggling it trying to get it to charge. I don't recommend it.

Premium Home Charger for Apple iPhone 3G
I purchased this as a backup for traveling in case my luggage got lost. I still have my original at home. Plugged my iPhone 3g in and let it charge. It worked fine and will probably purchase another one as a spare, for the money it is a very good value.

IPod Iphone charger
I purchased this charger because I lost my OEM Apple charger on a trip. The good thing is that this product works well for charging my ipod. The other good thing is that it is compact for packing. One small thing that I don''t like is that it has a red charging light that is on whenever the charger is plugged in which seems bright at night - if that would bother you. I put it in back of a dresser so I guess it's not big deal. The other small item is that the cord is only 4' long. It seemed like the USB cable connector for the Apple charger was a little longer. It's nice that it has the attached cable.
