The installation was pretty easy! It took only about a half hour and I was done. It looks great not seeing cables running up the wall to the TV. I like to fact that I could use the existing surge protector.

Does everything advertised. However, I do have two faults with this item. 1st the opening where the cables come through should be deeper. They are not deep enough to cover the thickness of the drywall and when you pull cables through they cut into the drywall and bring Sheetrock dust into the room. Since I had to clean up the 1st time anyway this wasn't that big a deal, but if i run future wires through this opening i will have to clean up the rugs again. The 2nd and more important issue is that the faceplate is too thick. When i tried to position the TV the low profile bracket would not lock in because the faceplate was holding it out. I had to position the TV off center so the bracket would lock.

I purchased this from overstock since it was more than half off the original purchase price at best buy , it seems to me that maybe this was an older version than what you could buy at best buy since the plugins where you attach the hardwire is different. it isnt the simple push in which is advertised on power bridges website it is an older screw type model or maybe this is the new version...it is difficult to attach the boxes to the drywall it seemed simple but the flap that they give you just doesnt want to work correctly when you insert the box into the wall. other than that it was exactly as it is advertised.also on powerbridges site it says 8 ft of nomex wire this gives you only 6 ft.

Very nice, two problems though. One: There should be a third screw at the end to keep it tighter to the wall, as it is I had to drill a hole there to make it fit properly. Two: The electrical boxes have these little "wings" that you're supposed to turn the screw and the open up to keep the box locked into the wall - that didn't work at all, I turned the screw and it just dropped back down. Not a big deal though based on the location of my outlets, no one will be yanking on it.
