We've only used this phone one time and had no issues. Although this is a phone for corporate use, it only works with an analog phone line and doesn't work with a digital phone system. You will also have to purchase an adapter called the Konexx Konference Konnector (Overstock did not carry this when I bought this phone) which costs around $125-130 so consider this when buying a conference phone. From what I found, all conference phones will need an adapter to change the digital line to analog if you have a digital phone system.
