Novelty item but still junk
from Los Angeles, CA,  Dec 6, 2009

It could be I just got a bad one but it is refurbished, had black marker blacking out tears on the box itself wasn't a great sign. Very first print had tons of streaks and kept getting it, troubleshooting says to feed a sheet upside down, after doing it several times got 3 prints ok then streaks started again. Print quality definitely is nothing to brag about but then again no way to compare it to what "normal" is if I have a bad batch. Biggest problem with the refurbished one here is that the packets of zink paper are all expired by 2-3 months. Dates have faded and some even ripped the date off but you can see on some of them. I ordered 100 sheets from overstock I'm sure they'll probably be expired too, and once again no way to know if the print quality is bad based on the printer, expired paper or what.Batter life, horrible, I tried using pictbridge printing via usb from my canon 50D and that for some reason seemed to drain more battery faster. It says you can get 15 prints on a charge but you'd be lucky to get that many. Bluetooth from cellphones is what you want it for though so for that it is good. No idea why the device bothers flashing orange and red when you're low or out of battery, you'd be lucky to get 1 more print out when orange. The quality of the prints are basically limited to the Zink paper with the dye built in. Which is why the prints aren't great. whites especially comes out a little yellow. I'm sure you could create a color management profile to deal with some of it but the final print is meant for fun not for framing. Now the plus sideIt is tons of fun since it's still relatively a new novelty item, but it is just that, a novelty item. You will still need to carry the charger in your bag whenever possible. It's just small enough you can it it in your jean pockets. Oh and the dimensions on Overstock is wrong. It's closer to 4" by 3", it's the paper that's 3"x2" not the device itself. Everyone will ask you if they can send a photo to it from their camera.Recommendation:I'd buy it new not refurbished, Polaroid isn't the only one selling these. Dell Wasabi is the "EXACT" same device different color and cover and I could have bought it brand new from Dell for $40, wish I did since returning the item is more of a hassle and not worth the trouble. Sony is coming out with 4x6 printer version exact same technology. Remember Zink owns the technology, which is the paper used.

Overstock Is Best on This
from Baltimore, MD,  Sep 16, 2010

Every single one of the 5 refurbished POGO printers I've received from Overstock works great. I ordered 10 "new" POGOs from another highly rated online retailer (NOT OVERSTOCK) and I'm sending 5 back that are defective. I paid more because they were "new". I have another order with Overstock for 10 more and I'm sure when Overstock states they are refurbished, they will work. I've ordered many other refurbished items over several years from Overstock, and I've never had a problem. About the printer, here is my advice: I run either the blue printer page or one of the print pages (upside down) through the printer after printing 5 to 8 prints. Doing this realigns the printer.

Great
 from California,  Jan 10, 2012

This is a great little printer. The photos are small, imagine a passport photo. AND, you CANNOT use this with the iPhone, which devastated me. I have to have my boyfriend print everything from his blackberry, which in my opinion, has a lesser resolution and the photos aren't as clear as my iPhone takes. Otherwise it's cute and helpful if you are traveling or visiting family and want to have some photos right away, and they do stick when you peel off the back.

Works Good
 from Goldendale,Washington,  Oct 25, 2011

It took awhile to get it to work with my camera, It wouldn't hurt if it was a little larger, pictures are too small for some vision impaired people.

  • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Comparison was good
  • Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Yes it arrived undamaged
  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. It's Polaroid ! Of course it's good qaulity

my opinion
 from Pilesgrove,NJ,  Jan 14, 2011

Love the camera, its great !my only problem is finding the right size photo paper to put in it! The camera is asome. I love overstock, great deals ,good products and the shipping is pretty good! however I tend to be very impatience, but its not overstock its the goofy delivery people !! thank you! I will keep telling people how good the prices and products are, and keep shopping there!!! I love the fact I don't have to go run around 50 stores ,they have everything right at my finger tips!!!!!

Easy & Fun to Use
 Dec 26, 2010

Great little printer for printing a 2x3 picture from your cell phone or digital camera. I would have given this 5 stars, except the printer doesn't hold the charge long, so it must be charged after each use. The paper is very durable and can also be used as a sticker. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Gotta Love It
 from Mesquite,TX,  Dec 29, 2009

I love this little printer; although I wish that it would make BIGGER images. I hate that it has to be recharged after only ten prints; but otherwise, I haven't had any complaints. It was easy to charge and to start using.

PoGo Printer
from Tulsa, Okla.,  Nov 4, 2009

All I can say this little printer is just great! Very easy and simple to use and fits in your pocket. A very good product to take with you any place that a hard copy is need and can't wait to use the PC. And very cheap to print...A lot less than the the big photo printer I have at home. My grand Kids just love it also.
