Plustek Mobile Office D28 is an ultra-compact, fast duplex color scanner. Unlike other compact scanners, the solidly built D28 scans letter-sized documents in only 2.2 seconds. Designed to scan both documents up to legal size and embossed ID cards, the D28 can be used to capture all the information you need right at the point of transaction. Nine programmable push-button scanning presets can be programmed for scan to image file, digital format, E-mail or for multiple users. Bundled software includes ABBYY FineReader 6.0 Sprint. By adding placement flexibility is provided by a choice of paper output options, straight through or vertical.

This has Abbyy and Plustek DigiDoc as part of this scanner which is for document scanning. You will need another program that is not included to support images.
