Not good sound Alas, research showed this was a great bluetooth headset, but the outgoing sound was awful (way too quiet, a bit garbled). Sound coming into your ear wasn't very loud either, even at highest volume, but would likely have been OK for a person with average hearing if the person you were talking to could hear you. Sending it back.
