great quality headset This is my third Plantronics headset and it's my favorite one. I really like the new style buttons and the sound quality is good, even in the wind. The one negative is the charging cable which is just crap. It works fine, but the cable is an absurd 10" long, and the connection is a weak magnetic connection so if your outlet is more than 10" off the ground the earpiece will fall out and not charge. Also, because it's not a standard micro usb connection like every other charger, you have to use their special charger, so if you go out of town and forget the special charger you're screwed. My suggestion is go online and just buy a couple extra charging cables and leave one in your briefcase and one in your office or car just so your covered. I got them out of China for $. So bottom line is the headset is great in functionality, but the charger set up kind of sucks. If I had it to do all over, I would still buy this unit and the charger is the reason I couldn't give it 5 stars.

CJA As always, Plantronics has delivered another fine product. I have small ears so this model is ideal for me. Crisp, clear reception and sufficient talk time. Wish it were a little easier to pocket since Bluetooth devices are fragile. But it, you'll like it!

Another great Plantronics product This is the third Plantronics Bluetooth headset I've owned. It does not disappoint. It's really comfortable, the sound quality on both ends is great, and the battery life is 7+ hours of talk time. This latest model has some much improved new features.
